SUSAN ISOPI, for over 28 years has been specializing exclusively in representing clients in divorce matters. As past Chair of the Macomb County Domestic Relations Committee, she has spoken at and monitored multiple seminars on the topic of Divorce.

Susan has represented thousands of clients, both men and women, in the Tri-County area regarding all the issues of divorce including large property division, child custody and support, parenting time and alimony.

Susan has a reputation of being tough and aggressive in representing her clients. Because she is practicing exclusively divorce, she is well versed in all the issues that one can face in a divorce. This makes her able to maximize her clients results.

SAM SERRA, for over 31 years has been a Trial Attorney. He has handled thousands of serious injury cases including auto and motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, medical malpractice, attorney malpractice, closed head injuries, nursing home negligence, product liability, dog bites, slip and falls, insurance matters and others. Sam has collected millions of dollars for his clients. He also has handled numerous criminal matters for his clients from misdemeanors to serious felonies as well as divorce matters.

Sam is also an experienced Estate Planner having created thousands of Estate Plans successfully avoiding Probate Court and Estate Taxes for his clients and their loved ones.

Sam has conducted numerous seminars on the subjects of Trial work and Estate Planning for attorney and lay persons. He is a member of the Michigan Bar Association, Michigan Association for Justice, past President of the Macomb County Trial Lawyers Association and past Chair for the Negligence Section of the Macomb County Bar Association.

Sam, because of his vast experience in handling injury and insurance cases, also sits as a court appointed Plaintiff’s Case Evaluator in Macomb and Wayne Counties to help resolve personal injury and insurance cases for other attorneys.
